Policy
Moderation Policy & Evidence Standards
AGTRA moderation is designed to keep contribution pathways open while preventing harmful, unverified, or abusive content from being published.
Decision Rules
- Queue items move through triage and review before an approve/reject decision.
- Approvals publish only after validation checks complete successfully.
- Rejections and high-risk approvals must include reviewer reasoning.
- Reviewers cannot self-approve their own submissions.
Evidence Thresholds
- Priority evidence: primary policy/legal texts and verifiable first-party records.
- Secondary reporting can support decisions when source quality is strong.
- Time-sensitive claims are checked for recency and context before publish.
- When evidence quality is unclear, reviewers can re-queue for more information.
Appeals & Revisions
- Submitters can provide updated evidence for reconsideration.
- Reopened decisions require new rationale and are logged as a fresh review action.
- Disputed or high-risk outcomes can be escalated for senior moderator/admin review.
- Historical decision notes are retained for transparency and auditability.
