Moderation Policy & Evidence Standards

AGTRA moderation is designed to keep contribution pathways open while preventing harmful, unverified, or abusive content from being published.

Decision Rules

  • Queue items move through triage and review before an approve/reject decision.
  • Approvals publish only after validation checks complete successfully.
  • Rejections and high-risk approvals must include reviewer reasoning.
  • Reviewers cannot self-approve their own submissions.

Evidence Thresholds

  • Priority evidence: primary policy/legal texts and verifiable first-party records.
  • Secondary reporting can support decisions when source quality is strong.
  • Time-sensitive claims are checked for recency and context before publish.
  • When evidence quality is unclear, reviewers can re-queue for more information.

Appeals & Revisions

  • Submitters can provide updated evidence for reconsideration.
  • Reopened decisions require new rationale and are logged as a fresh review action.
  • Disputed or high-risk outcomes can be escalated for senior moderator/admin review.
  • Historical decision notes are retained for transparency and auditability.
