Moderation Policy & Evidence Standards

AGTRA moderation is designed to keep contribution pathways open while preventing harmful, unverified, or abusive content from being published.

Decision Rules

Queue items move through triage and review before an approve/reject decision.
Approvals publish only after validation checks complete successfully.
Rejections and high-risk approvals must include reviewer reasoning.
Reviewers cannot self-approve their own submissions.

Evidence Thresholds

Priority evidence: primary policy/legal texts and verifiable first-party records.
Secondary reporting can support decisions when source quality is strong.
Time-sensitive claims are checked for recency and context before publish.
When evidence quality is unclear, reviewers can re-queue for more information.

Appeals & Revisions

Submitters can provide updated evidence for reconsideration.
Reopened decisions require new rationale and are logged as a fresh review action.
Disputed or high-risk outcomes can be escalated for senior moderator/admin review.
Historical decision notes are retained for transparency and auditability.
